My meditation is thru feeling alive in nature. I love to 'dig in the dirt' ! I appreciate immensely every plant that I plant. I appreciate when I have 'comfortable' weather... for me. I appreciate when I can open the windows of my home and my soul ...to the sounds of nature... wildlife. I choose plantings for 'attracting' nature into my yard, I listen for the specific 'songs' each bird brings to my 'table'..... I can often identify those birds just by the 'songs' they sing.

Just two days ago, I found 'Bambi' crying in the field behind my home, looking for its mother. I shed a tear for the hope that Mom would soon return. "Bambi' was waiting for her in the nearby woods.
