Wonder Wheel Experiment - New Google Tool

Have you seen Google's Wonder Wheel Experiment?

It's not one of those fancy applications that you can find in your Google Accounts, but it's worth a look. I think it's perfect for targeting markets, determining niches and narrowing search trends. Cute tool, too :)

1) Go to Google and place a search for the word any word.

I am using the word niche as an example in these snapshots, but you can use anything.

2) Look directly under the Google logo for the Web Show options ... link. You need to click that link.
(It is highlighted in the image below).



3) See the column on the left.

Go to the second to last link: Wonder Wheel and click to access the Wonder Wheel.

This is the only colorful link in the left column.



4) The Wonder Wheel narrows your term and displays by the most popular searches. You can click the links at the end of the wheel branches. The more you click these extensions, the more refined the search becomes until you have the information you need. You can also see the company listings on the right hand side of the wheel.



Wonder Wheel is an awesome Google tool for narrowing a niche and targeting services.
